Health and Safety and insurance evidence leading to risk mitigation GPS signal allows location tracking of handsets around scheme to monitor where colleagues are located at any time Patrols can be predetermined and match the footfall, allocated to “Hot Spot” security or cleaning areas. When a colleague uses the handset to scan a point (QR tag), a pre-determined question will appear of which they’ll need to answer before continuing their duties. ( 10k )
Property pre-opening checks so for example Are all retailers’ shop fronts in view secure? Is the vacant unit locked and secure This is proving very beneficial to our Partners to help mitigate fraudulent “Slip and Trip” claims? Should a colleague attend an incident such as a shopper injuring themselves, then an incident report, including any evidential photographs, can be completed via the App on the colleague’s handset device. Photo evidence can be recorded with the date / time and stored ready to send quickly as a PDF report via email to the insurers. All reports will be stored on the Furcillo Interface which is accessible to our Partners. An email will be sent directly to Centre Management to alert them that an incident report has been uploaded. This is particularly useful in external areas or any area where demise lines might be unclear i.e., which areas are the property and centres responsibility, and which might be council. Sphere can clearly record at the time of the incident where and when the incident took place.
Risk Mitigation Dedicated Relief Team Furcillo do not use agency staff or employ colleagues on zero hours contracts. All our colleagues have a guaranteed minimum hours per month. As part of our bespoke solution, we provide dedicated relief staff over and above their core hours at no extra charge.
Dedicated relief staff will cover holidays, sickness and any other unplanned or planned absenteeism. Monthly budget. The dedicated relief provision can be structured as preferred i.e., all cleaning, security services.
